Happy 2010 from Sanibel Island!

2010 Happy New Year - SanCap One Source Realty

I can’t believe it either!

This year has simply flown by and took Rob and I (and SanCap One Source Realty) on a ride that seems to have only just begun…

Our business has grown and continues to grow beyond our wildest dreams and we want to offer our heartfelt thanks to you as this amazing year comes to an end!

We couldn’t have done it alone and we know that!

Business these days is about people (well, duh Sandy, it’s always been about people!), but it’s not just about any people, it’s about finding the right people that you connect with on a personal level and trust on an unspoken level…

I have found many of these types of people along my personal trail, and Rob and I strive every day to show you that we are the right people for you and your home.

Health and Happiness to you and yours as we toast to 2010!

Happy New Year from your neighbors at SanCap One Source Realty,

Sandy Ramseth & Rob Coscia - SanCap One Source Realty - Sanibel Island

Happy Holidays - SanCap One Source Realty

Yes, Santa has returned to the North Pole and I am still digesting all the food I ate.

Yet another Christmas has come and gone and it was a beautiful, beautiful thing!

Sometimes I think we all take for granted the wonderful friends and family in our lives and just how important they are in shaping our days and, in turn, our lives.

Without getting too mushy, dear reader, Rob and I want to wish you and your family a very happy holiday season and hope that you take the time to reflect upon all of these wonderful people in your lives as well!

Whether we know you personally (yet), or not, doesn’t matter… but, we hope to one day soon!

SanCap One Source Realty is always here for you and your real estate needs on Sanibel Island… well actually, we go well beyond real estate!

All the best… Ho Ho Ho!

Sandy and Rob

Well, you can’t go too long between posts about Seashells on Sanibel Island because they are such an icon of who we are and one of our many “claims to fame”!

Sanibel Island is, after all, the third best shelling location in the WORLD (after Sulu Islands, Phillipines and Jeffries Bay, South Africa) and there are many tourists who come to Sanibel for the sole purpose of searching for, finding, and then, photographing and writing about our colorful and creative “delights”…

One such person is “Pam” who has done such a fabulous job in documenting our shells that I just HAD to share it with you!  You can find her different sites at Seashells from Sanibel Island and Seashells by Millhill.  Really, really great stuff, so be sure to check out her different sites!

In the meantime, I thought that I would clip up a poster in the photos below that I have on my wall and let you see for yourself the many different types of gorgeous shells that can be found here… (Thank you Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum for the great poster and I apologize for having to clip off some of the shells in the photos to get them to fit properly…)

Enjoy and have a great upcoming (short) week,

Sandy and Rob

p.s.  Even though it’s the holidays, SanCap One Source is still “on-call” for those of you trying to sneak in a good deal when everyone else is taking time off.  So give us a call, we’re around… :)

Hey guys,

Are you heading over to Casa Ybel tomorrow night to check out the 1st Annual “Sanibel Slam” tennis tournament?

If you’re a tennis fan, then you won’t want to miss it… Don’t worry about the sprinkles!

Tennis pro and ATP Tour Player, Robert Kendrick (#86 in the world), will be the feature player headlining the event for which proceeds will benefit The Sanibel School Fund.

It looks like a lot of fun!

You can check out all the details in the flyer below:

Enjoy and have a great weekend,

Sandy and Rob

p.s. SanCap One Source Realty is on high-alert busy… so cool!

Luminary Festival - Sanibel and Captiva Islands

Ok, don’t let the rain get you down, make sure that you get out there and enjoy this once-a-year experience on Sanibel and Captiva Islands – Our Annual Luminary Festival!

Always a great display of community among local business owners, everyone can partake and wander along the beautifully lit path of merchants.

The creative light displays and sense of “Come on in” always puts me in the mood for Christmas (which I canNOT believe is only 3 short weeks away!)…

You can read all about who is participating and more juicy details over at:  Luminary Festival Sanibel and Captiva Islands 2009

Enjoy and we’ll see you there!
